I'm wondering if the 'factory' in question was whoever marketed the sunroof (webasto, britax etc.)rather than Rootes themselves. Contemporary 'optional extras' lists make no mention of, though I do wonder how many are out there with the gear lever security lock? But given the roof profile I guess it's not a fabric jobbie...
