sold for £3k plus premium and vat, making total purchase price £3720.
makes my yellow h120 project look cheap!..........
did look ok apart from dodgy bit on scuttle left side, who knows, let us know if you bought it!!!
i did watch a few lots go through and some wouldnt have made half what they did if pictured on someones driveway and sold on ebay, rubber bumper mg's and the like, non runner 80's mercs and bmw's, laid up for who knows how long, selling for similar money that ive seen advertised for mot'd cars.
auction fever or bragging rights to say you got one from that sale???? who knows. anyway the main thing is after that gold fastback at DVCA auction sold for 8250 inc premium, and now its up at a dealer for £12k, they can only help to up the profile of the marque............
