                      | I'm just preparing 304RYB, a Series III with a 1725 Sceptre engine fitted, for a historic rally. What is the best coolant to use for these cars nowadays? Any recommendations? And does anyone know the part number for the correct engine temperature sender? I've tried a couple, and only get a very slight deflection of the needle above the 90F mark. And while I'm on, has anyone had any success with replacing the fresh air ducting - my car has a Smiths unit that looks as though it needs 3 1/4" ID hose, but in period paper style hose I can only find 80mm? |  |
