When I was Editor of the S.A.O.C. magazine, I produced a series of editions with the background of each cover an attempt at one of the Alpine colours. - In the main it worked quite well - even to some of the metallics.

Embassy Black (1) and Arctic White (92) were quite easy!!

My Alpine won't float! I need one which does!!

Hi
Maybe we in the forum can put in pictures of our cars and write the colour code and colour name. It would be great to see the different colours.

I can find paint codes and I can find pictures but I can't find any pictures that name the colour!

It was some color I read on the page, 1922 posted on the pinewood green post...

I'm just looking for a color I really like, not necessarily correct for my '68, but preferably Rootes...
Thanks anyway..

I'm not sure 24 is correct. For 1968, 127 is Turquoise Blue Metallic.
