The problem is that some dealers that sell you mags are not professional and one only finds out later that the wheels rub, one can probably get different offset mags, but that they should advise a client. I cannot add any more spacers , 6mm is max , for safety reasons, and the studs are 7/16 UNF and longer studs are not easy to find. |

you mean you need spacers as well to get the wheel further outboard. Maybe you can find a different offset wheel? Beware your clearance to the arches at any rate! |

Hi, Are the PCDs for Arrows and Audax cars the same? I assume the offset for Ford wheels is the same or close to ours.
Not sure about Audax, it might be 4" but I would be lying if I said I was certain. I think Ford also swapped at some point in the 60's so early Ford wheels might well work. Keep asking, someone here will know for sure... |

Some Ford mag wheels fit. I have 17" mags and low profile 205 Dunlops on my ser 3 , but I need longer wheelstuds because on hard cornering or when climbing a curb the rims rub on the inside of the chassis.. means pulling the half shafts out to get the old studs out and in with the new.Planning to make my own puller. |

Hi, Are the PCDs for Arrows and Audax cars the same? I assume the offset for Ford wheels is the same or close to ours.I'm thinking of putting 15 inch wheels on my Series4 instead of 13 inch (fitted after Series 3)and need to source some second hand here in France. MG ones are the wrong PCD.
Arrow PCDs are 107.95mm (4.25") which is the same as a lot of Fords right through to today, (eg: Mk 6 Fiesta) |
