Hi, great job, your car is looking fantastic. Are you having the new front struts and springs made up specially? Look forward to seeing more.

No it's OK Andy but thanks for the offer. I re-measured mine again at the weekend and made some scale samples on the PC. I think I've decided on 50mm & 9mm with a 10mm gap, but would be interested to know what yours are.

Cheers

Jason.

Hi, thanks for info re front struts, seems a very reasonable price and should make a big difference once fitted.

Stripped and poly bushed the front suspension this afternoon
Bit of a faf but worth it as the bushes that came off where well and truly goosed
Pleased that everything came apart no problem

I was hoping to re use the road springs on the reconned struts but on inspection they have had
Coils cut off each end. After measuring and having a think about it I have
Sourced Some ford springs which give the same ride height

Tomorrows jobs
Re fit struts
New bottom ball joints
New wheel bearings
4 new track rod ends
New Centre steering rod
New calipers
New discs
New green stuff pads
Bleed brakes.
