No it's OK Andy but thanks for the offer. I re-measured mine again at the weekend and made some scale samples on the PC. I think I've decided on 50mm & 9mm with a 10mm gap, but would be interested to know what yours are.

Stripped and poly bushed the front suspension this afternoon Bit of a faf but worth it as the bushes that came off where well and truly goosed Pleased that everything came apart no problem
I was hoping to re use the road springs on the reconned struts but on inspection they have had Coils cut off each end. After measuring and having a think about it I have Sourced Some ford springs which give the same ride height
Tomorrows jobs Re fit struts New bottom ball joints New wheel bearings 4 new track rod ends New Centre steering rod New calipers New discs New green stuff pads Bleed brakes.
