Here are some pictures of the Fasback to my uncle. The car
is from 1978 and is like new. Never restored, painted or repaired.
He only uses it on sunny days, no winter driving.

Is very rare to see an unrestored example in such good condition over here, your uncle must be very proud of it. Was the 'over drive' badge standard on export models? I don't remember ever seeing one before.

Yes a very nice car, maybe the finest anywhere?
The overdrive badge is not orginal. You have maybe seen it on old Volvo. It is a Volvo badge. I asked Johan about it, I could not find the badge in the partsbook.

I also like the concealed tow bar arrangement.... is the best fit I've ever seen and is almost invisible if it wasn't for the ball. Is that a works plate I can see mounted on the right hand side of the rear valence under the bumper Jabe?

I am not sure what it is, Arro, but I can find out later if you want.

Very nice car Jan!! Congratulate your uncle on it!
Don't want to be annoying but think you made a writing mistake cause this car should be a '68 in my humble opinion.. as this has the very rare door cards as UMU's and mine have..
