Hello
I am new member from Norway on this forum. My prosject is a very fine fastback without any rust. I am going to build the car like a H120 modell ( as much as possible) Have bought most of the engine parts from UK and USA. I just need a camshaft now.
Can anybody tell me if the fastback was painted i racing green (86 Forest/B.R Green) as an option?
What colour is it on your car(on your picture),JPSH 120( if you read this)? Or can anybody else tell me that?

Yes, I have seen all the other pics Thomas, good project you have.
It does look blue in all the photos despite the bleaching. What about difficult areas to paint, like behind the door trims and seats / floor perhaps? That might reveal some of the original green somewhere? |

Have you had a look at the other pictures or just this one, because it's really difficult to tell, the paint has bleached almost everywhere...
I'll try to post some more pictures tonight or tomorow, when I've got time, of how the work is getting on..

Thanks for posting! I am still intrigued why no brochures seem to show it as an option. It must have been a very limited run before Cedar came on line in the paintshop.
Meanwhile, looks like your car might have been resprayed in either Aquarius 150 or perhaps Turquoise Blue 127

Yes indeed, mine is a '68 I'll take a picture of the id tag on the car.
I'll try to post it later on today.
I'm not sure the car is in it's original colour, but i don't think anybody ever took the time to rename the colour code if they ever repainted it...

Your fastback is '68 isn't it Thomas? I am intrigued, because if it is an early car, UK brochures at least do not seem to list it with Sherwood, but Imps had it around that time so it may have been a run-out colour that made it to some of the first Arrow Rapiers. I will do some more research on the matter... |

Cedar green is indeed the earlier colour, it can be quite light in sun (love this colour personally). Code 140
The darker colour is Pinewood (173) that was offered later on. I don't think Sherwood was offered on Arrows. Certainly cannot find a brochure that refers to it... |

It looks like your color is not so different from racing green that was original on the Alpine. My car is Gold today, but I want to make it green after restoration. So i will check cedar green if I can get someone to mix that.
