As a matter of interest has anyone purchased a set of carpets from CarHoods for a Fastback Rapier? If so can you let me know what the quality and fit is like? I’ve seen them for sale on eBay for £180, a decent range of colours.
Also does anyone know where I can get a fastback blue interior or pieces of the material, the restoration project has a decent blue interior but with 46 years of dirt and grime. However the drivers seat has a bad rip or tear. Has to be some bits out there. Any help and advice appreciated. |

Hello JPSH120 and thanks for the reply. I had gotten carpets from Coverdale before for two series cars I had in the past - at different times. If I remember correctly they didn’t do templates for the Fastback Rapier, maybe they do now?

Try Aldridge trimmers. They have appeared in various episodes of Car S.O.S. and seem to be able to get most things.

Can't help with the carpets I'm afraid, but another company to consider is coverdale. |
